These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between users and the operator (WhiteCW, email whitecw0820@gmail.com) of PostMyGlobe (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By accessing PostMyGlobe or using any feature such as comments, voting, or globe pins, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
PostMyGlobe is a free interactive site that provides country information, real-time national debt estimates, exchange rates, travel data, comments, polls, and time-limited globe pins (promos) for 195 countries through an interactive 3D globe. No account registration is required; certain features rely on anonymous IP-hash identification.
You agree not to: (1) post comments containing profanity, hate speech, or personal information; (2) register pins with shortened or non-operational URLs; (3) use automated scripts to abuse clicks or votes; (4) promote misinformation, malware, or illegal content; (5) interfere with the technical operation of the Service. Violations may result in removal of content or restricted access without prior notice.
Comments, vote reasons, and pins (including images, text, and URLs) submitted by users are stored on Supabase and shown publicly on the site for the purpose of running the Service. You retain copyright to your content, but you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, copy, and share that content within and around PostMyGlobe. You can request deletion of your own content at any time by emailing the operator.
PostMyGlobe's code, design, branding, and UI are owned by the operator and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except where explicitly stated. Country data shown by the Service (from World Bank, REST Countries, open.er-api.com, etc.) is governed by the licenses of each source; the Service merely processes and displays this data and does not claim ownership of the underlying datasets.
All numbers shown by the Service (GDP, debt ratios, total debt, exchange rates, per-second interest, etc.) are estimates derived from public statistics and may differ from official government figures. Users must not rely on this data for investment, legal, or policy decisions. The operator accepts no responsibility for damages arising from inaccuracies in the displayed data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages β including lost profits or data loss β arising from service interruptions, feature changes, third-party advertising, or any other cause. The Service is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranty.
The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense, which may use cookies for personalised ads. See the Privacy Policy for details. The Service also relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Vercel, Google Fonts, REST Countries, World Bank, and open.er-api.com.
The operator may modify or discontinue parts or all of the Service after reasonable notice. In cases of clear policy violation, malicious abuse, or legal demand, content removal or access restriction may occur without prior notice.
These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves. The updated date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Significant changes will be announced inside the Service. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
